Mining Engineer with 42 years of experience in mining and cement industries. Specialized studies in Sweden, Canada and Japan. University professor, national and international speaker. He has institutional and governmental awards and recognitions.

He was president of the Energy and Mines Commission of the Peruvian Congress, president of INGEMMET and vice minister of mines. Former president of the Peruvian Institute of Mining Engineers (IIMP). Founder of AGROMIN, an alliance platform between mining and agriculture. He currently manages a mining services company and is an international mining consultant.
