Pamela Florian

Pamela is Hatch’s Advisory Principal Leading consulting solutions in SAM Region. She is a Chemical Engineer with MBA and more than 24 years of experience, focusing on mining companies with strategic, operational, organizational, innovation & financial capabilities to support C-level decisions for operations sustainability through solid problem-solving skills and recognized career experience in the mining, metals, technologies, and consulting industry. Her experience includes a holistic vision to integrate solutions for sophisticated and demanding clients/projects.

Pamela has mining, process plant and projects expertise managing technical divisions and working with complex global teams successfully. During her career she led and managed mining areas, technologies, and projects execution, with focus on process optimization, metal recovery and sustainability. She performed as PM for brownfields and greenfields, supporting areas different functional areas in a multi-industry experience and for metals in industries like Copper, Gold, Zinc, Lead, Silver and Lithium, among others, on big/medium mining companies, developing a thorough understanding of the complete mining value chain. She developed process optimization and innovation projects related to Metals, Energy and Water in technology companies; leading and supporting world class teams to develop key projects successfully.
