Milton Von Hesse

Director of Videnza Consultores. He holds a degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico, and a Master in Arts in Economics from Georgetown University. He has been Minister of Housing, Construction and Sanitation; Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation; Executive Director of Proinversion and General Director of the General Directorate of Multiannual Programming of the Public Sector of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
In addition, he has been Project Manager at the Water and Sanitation Program of the World Bank; Regulation Manager of the concessionaire company Aeropuertos del Perú; Coordinator of the National Rural Telecommunications Project of FITEL (OSIPTEL) and Expert of the Agricultural Development Unit of ECLAC, United Nations.
