Isidro Oyola

A senior mining executive with 30 years of experience in world class mining operations and projects, both open pit and underground. As a direct report to the Anglo American Peru CEO, he is currently the General Manager of Anglo American Quellaveco.

Isidro is a Mining Engineer, who has a master’s degree in business administration, specialties in strategic leadership and, economy and finances. He is a highly experienced in operational and technical leader who just joined Anglo American in September 2023.

Prior to joining Anglo American, Isidro held several senior roles in important national and foreign operations. He made a remarkable job as a Mine Manger in Toromocho, as a General Manager in Newmont - Yanacocha, General Manager in Newmont-Cerro Negro in Argentina and as Vice President of Operations in Antamina.
