Mario Baeza

Over 25 years of experience in leadership roles in multinational companies and multicultural environments, mainly in the mining industry. He has extensive experience in the project development industry in the mining and construction sectors, especially in Latin America and has held positions as General Manager Latin America for Fluor Mining and Metals.
He has played key roles, at different stages, in some of the most significant projects in the mining sector, such as Caserones, Sierra Gorda, Andina PDA2 and Escondida in Chile; Cerro Verde 2 and Quellaveco in Peru; Pascua Lama in Argentina, among others. Since 2018 he has been committed to the development of the Zafranal project and has held the position of General Manager since 2020.
