Magaly Bardales

Magaly Bardales Rojas, Corporate Legal and Institutional Relations Manager of Nexa Resources Perú S.A.A. and President of the Mining Sector Committee of the National Society of Mining, Oil and Energy.

She has more than 15 years of experience in the mining sector, she has been Legal Manager of Nexa Resources Peru since 2009, as well as President of the Board of Directors of Activos Mineros S.A.C. and Alternate Member of the Mining Council of the Ministry of Energy and Mines. She has worked in the Committee for the Promotion of Mining Projects of the Agency for the Promotion of Private Investment – ​​PROINVERSIÓN. She was also President of the Legal Committee of the National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy, as well as a professor of Administrative Law at the University of Lima.

Lawyer, graduated from the University of Lima, with doctorate studies in Law at the Carlos III University of Madrid. She has a Diploma in Strategic Business Management from the Universidad del Pacífico, as well as the Management Program for Lawyers from the Yale School of Management.
