Juan Eduardo Barrera

He has more than 30 years of international experience in multilateral organizations such as the World Bank, IDB, UN, and the European Commission, as well as in multinational companies. He was Argentina's Secretary of Mining for six years and has advised on public policy in mining, energy, and the environment.

He also has more than 24 years of experience in banking, corporate finance, and investment, collaborating with governments and companies in Europe and Latin America. His experience includes industrial project evaluation, financing, technology transfer, and institutional strategy.
