Gonzalo Quijandría MINING SUMMIT

Lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and Nieman Fellow at Harvard University, graduated of the Advanced Management Program at the University of Piura and the Senior Management Program at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, with 24 years of experience in the mining and energy sector.

Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability at Minsur S.A., he was previously Director of Corporate Affairs at Barrick Misquichilca and Manager of Corporate Affairs at Compañía Minera Antamina. 

He is currently Secretary of the Board of Directors at Minsur S.A., General Manager of Cumbres del Sur, Minsur's principal liaison officer to the ICMM (World Council on Mining and Metals), member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the International Tin Association (ITA), President of the Mining Committee and Vice president of the Peruvian National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy.
