Franco Olcese

Graduated as an industrial engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and completed postgraduate studies in Management in Developing Countries at Université Paris Dauphine (France). He has a strong background in research and consulting, with a focus on strategic planning, social conflict resolution, and social and political impact analysis for productive activities, particularly in key sectors such as mining.

He has led and participated in projects that, with a strategic approach, have enabled various organizations to make informed decisions and effectively manage the challenges they face in their environment. He is a founding partner of the Wiñaq Center.
