Diego Cavero

Diego Cavero is the CEO for Banco de Credito del Peru (BCP) and Head of Universal Banking Business Line at Credicorp, overseeing both BCP Peru and BCP Bolivia. He is President of the Board of BCP Bolivia.
He has been part of Credicorp for 30 years, serving in several leadership positions. Before his appointment as CEO, Mr. Cavero was Deputy CEO of BCP and Head of the Wholesale Banking Business. Previously he has held several positions such as CEO of BCP Bolivia, COO at BCP Peru, and has served in several positions within the Wholesale
Banking Unit.
Mr. Cavero holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Lima and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
