A lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica of Peru with an MBA from Adolfo Ibáñez University in Chile, and 30 years of professional experience. She has extensive experience in both public administration and the private sector. She has held senior government positions, serving as Minister of Development and Social Inclusion, Minister of Energy and Mines, and Minister of Foreign Affairs.

In the private sector, she worked as a lawyer specializing in regulatory matters at the law firm Miranda & Amado, where she became a partner. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Latina and is on the boards of both national and international companies.
