Paola Bustamante
Former Minister of Development and Social Inclusion of Peru
Lawyer with more than 25 years of professional experience, expert in organization management, design and implementation of projects, programs, public policies, government control, international negotiation, and negotiation in social conflicts.
With a master's degree in administration and public management in Spain and work experience as an independent consultant and public servant, she was Vice Minister of Social Benefits and Minister of Development and Social Inclusion, in two periods of government. She served as Director of Management and International Negotiation at the Peruvian Agency for International Cooperation - APCI, as well as High Commissioner for Dialogue and Development of the South Road Corridor in the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and General Secretary in the same portfolio.
She is currently the Director of Videnza Consultores and a postgraduate professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica, Pacífico and Videnza Escuela de Gestores.
