Angela Grossheim

She holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation from Sorbonne University, a joint program of Paris I Pantheon and Paris IX-Dauphine. 

She has served as Manager of Studies and Research at Peruvian Institute of Mining Engineers, Minister of Energy and Mines (2018) and Vice-Minister of Energy at the Ministry of Energy and Mines in 2017. She has also worked as Secretary General of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (2016-2017) and previously worked for eight years as Advisor to the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. In the private sector, she has worked as Legal Assistant Manager and Project Director of Inkia Energy.
