Mr. Castillo is an economist and holds a master’s degree in Government and Political Science with a specialization in Public Policy and Public Management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and is a Ph.D. candidate in Environment and Sustainable Development.
He has academic studies in Social Responsibility, Public Policy and Public Management, Economic Sciences, Governance and Political Management, Interculturality and Identity, Predictive Strategic Intelligence, Sociopolitical Information Analysis and Analysis, Management and Resolution of Socio-environmental Conflicts. He is a specialist in community and inter-institutional relations of a public or private nature, in internal and external institutional communication, especially in rural areas, with extensive experience in the mining, energy, and agricultural sectors.
