Vice president of Health, Safety, and Environment at Antamina, as well as chair of the Environmental Affairs Committee of the National Society of Mining, Petroleum, and Energy. She studied environmental engineering at Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina. With over 16 years of experience in the sector, she is a specialist in implementing environmental policies and strategies, developing permitting strategies, closure planning, and water resource management—with a comprehensive perspective on the national and international mining industry and environmental legislation in Peru. Her experience also includes processes related to mining business development focused on sustainability-based planning.
