Doctor in Business Administration from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands, Doctor in Strategic Business Administration at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Master of Philosophy at the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands; MBA, Universidad del Pacífico (Peru); Postgraduate studies at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile; Industrial Engineer, graduated at the National University of Engineering of Peru. Professor at the Graduate School of the Universidad del Pacífico and ESAN and at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering at the National University of Engineering. President of the Logistics Meeting of the Mining Convention 2009 and 2013 and President of Approlog (Peruvian Association of Professionals in Logistics) 2010-2012, he was also member of the Ethics, Environment and Society Research Group of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru PUCP and of the APEC Committee of the College of Engineers of Peru. He has worked in the mining sector since 1991, and since 2000 in Antamina, where he holds the position of Logistics Manager.
