Angela Grossheim

Attorney at Law, a graduate from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Master’s degree in Tax Administration at Sorbonne University, joint program of Paris I Pantheon and Paris IX-Dauphine. Ms. Grossheim has been Manager of Studies and Research at the Peruvian Institute of Mining Engineers. Furthermore, she has been Minister of Energy and Mines (2018) and Vice Minister of Energy (2017). She has also served as General Secretary of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (2016-2017). She previously worked for eight years as an advisor to the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and, in the private sector, she has worked as Deputy Legal Manager and Project Director of Inkia Energy.
